Ground Transportation

In Montréal, a taxi from Trudeau International to Downtown costs C$40. All taxi companies must charge the same rate for travel between the airport and Downtown.

The least expensive way to get from Trudeau International Airport into the city is to take the 747 Express Bus, operated by Société de transport de Montréal. Shuttles leave from Montréal Central Bus Station, which is connected to Berri–UQAM métro station. They run approximately every 15 minutes all day long, except during the rush hours of 4 pm to 6 pm, when they leave every 10 minutes. The cost is C$10 one-way, payable in coins only (no bills). Also available from automated dispensers in the airport are C$10 day bus passes, which not only buy you a ticket for the airport shuttle but also unlimited travel on the entire Montréal bus and métro system for a 24-hour period.

In Québec City, taxis are available immediately outside the airport exit near the baggage-claim area. A ride into the city costs a flat rate of C$34.25. Taxi Coop de Québec is the largest taxi company in the city. Private limo service is expensive, starting at C$65 for the ride from the airport into the city. Try Groupe Limousine A-1.
